Applications for a place in Year 7 must be submitted to the Local Authority where your son/daughter lives. Applications are open to submit between 1 August 2020 and 31 October 2020 (deadline):

If your child is successful in securing a place next September 2021 at Woodkirk Academy, you will find out on 1 March 2021. If you wish to accept the offer of a place for September 2021, please email:
- your son/daughter's name;
- your son/daughter's date of birth;
- your son/daughter's primary school.
Appeals Process: Woodkirk Academy's appeal hearings are administered by the Local Authority, Leeds City Council. If your child was unsuccessful in securing a place for Year 7 in September 2021, you have the right to have your appeal heard by an Independent Appeals Panel.
