Welcome to Woodkirk Academy

64 students in Year 8 departed on Saturday for their annual residential. 

They arrived at Condover Hall in Shrewsbury on Saturday afternoon, greeted by wall-to-wall sunshine for three full days! 

The groups were out kayaking on the lake, basking in the sun! Other groups were experiencing high ropes, Jacob's ladder, archery and zip wire.

Students developed independence, overcame fears and learnt to work as a team. The youngsters experienced activities that they wouldn’t normally and had a tremendously good time.
